Frank & Twila Ramsey house fire fund

Russell Self is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Frank Ramsey.
On August 2, 2017 my brother Frank Ramsey's home caught fire. The fire damaged his home severely making it impossible for Frank and his wife Twila to continue to live there .
