top surgery help

Hello,

I am needing help funding my top surgery, as of now I don't know exactly how much I have to pay besides the $1,000 deductible. I live alone and have a pet and am currently living paycheck by paycheck, so I don't know how I will be able to afford this. any help is greatly greatly appreciated, thank you so much
