Fund for Otis' medical bills

Hello everyone, Last night Otis was hit by a car while we were playing in the park. He dislocated his hip and the vet tried to set it but hasn't had much luck doing so. He's suggesting surgery as the next option since he also has torn ligaments. Unfortunately this procedure is going to cost 2 to 3 grand. Any help is much appreciated. Otis is an amazingly loving dog and lives to run. I hope he will be able to do so again.
