This year Ford, Powell & Carson is again teaming with Cleary Zimmermann Engineers to participate in San Antonio’s 12th Annual CANstruction® sponsored by the local chapters of the Society for Design Administration and the American Institute of Architects.
CANstruction® is a Design/Build Competition that directly benefits the San Antonio Food Bank. (To learn more about CANstruction, visit the AIA website here.)
The construction of our 2014 1st Place winning entry of the San Antonio Spur & Trophy required $4,560 and 2,761 cans of food. We need to raise a similar amount this year to cover the purchase of the cans, so donations between $100 and $500 would go a long way toward reaching our goal, but any donation you can offer will be gratefully accepted.
In recognition of your contribution, your firm logo will be displayed on a presentation board beside our structure, as well as included in the CANstruction® programs and printed materials. After the cans have been donated to the San Antonio Food Bank, you will receive a receipt for your donation to be used for tax purposes.
