In loving memory of James Mathew Fowler.
Jim passed on Friday, Oct 5th at the age of 49.
He leaves behind his wife Jennifer and their three beautiful daughters, Madyson, Libby and Emma. Jim also leaves behind surviving siblings Sam, Laurel, Valarie, Steve and Kristen, as well as hundreds of loving friends. Preceding Jim’s death were his parents Jane, Sam, Stepfather Tony and older brother Bruce.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the love of Jim’s life...Madyson, Libby and Emma for their college fund. There is no minimum and the money will be set aside for Jim’s girls.
Jim was an incredible leader to the teams he led in the medical device industry and provided significant value to the thousands of patients that he served.
