Foster 14 week old puppy in need

We got sweet blue as a foster baby at 11 weeks old. He had a rough start at life with his previous owner. You would never know that because he is the most loving little boy we have ever known. He is now 14 weeks old and has stole every heart that has crossed his path, especially my 6 year old son. I had surgery today (9/18) which ended in me being admitted because of complications. While I had left him in good hands, puppies will be puppies and if there is a will there is a way. He ate an entire bag of duck jerky along with some of the plastic part of the bag. He is currently at an emergency vet (Greater Cincinnati veterinarian specialty and emergency service hospital) and has been admitted. He needs surgery. The total cost will be about $5100. I know that I cannot afford that type of payment at the moment as I am a single mom attending school full time that has been hit with problems stemming from covid-19 as well. This is hard for me to ask of anyone, but I can’t just give up on this little bundle of joy. If you are able to help at all, it will be appreciated more than you will ever know.  *** update *** I have found another veterinarian that will do the procedure for a lot less.
