Hey White Tiger Family we need your help immediately!
The lease for the space which has been our home for 16 years has expired. In order to stay, the landlord has told us that we must take an additional 1500 sq ft or they won't renew our lease.
The additional rent for the the larger space will be a stretch for us. We don't want to leave this neighborhood and the landlord knows they have the upper hand. Without your help, we may end up homeless, without a training hall.
We would love to expand the school for you, our community. With a bigger space, we would have a larger workout facility - 2 workout floors, more class times and types, more training and fitness equipment, a shower and sports massage on premises. We need your help to make this happen!
The security deposit required for the larger space is $19,000, the construction costs are around $30,000 and believe it or not, martial arts flooring and equipment costs are around $20,000.
We are asking for your help to raise the money needed. Anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated, will allow us to stay in our home and will help realize our dream of an expanded facility for you, our community.
