Love and Support for Rosa

In support of our dear friend Rosa, we have created this page as a place for colleagues and friends to show their support, leave a message and receive her progress updates.

Any money raised will be used for Rosa's comfort and any additional expenses incurred during her recovery period.

As a matter of transparency and to be consistent with the GFM policy, my name is Laura Borelli, Rosa is dear friend of mine and we also work together in NYC. A little over a month ago, I began this campaign to provide updates on Rosas recovery and to raise funds in lieu of flowers and gifts and there has been such an amazing response of donations and well wishes!

Rosa continues to impress us with her drive to recover and regain her strength daily. I continue to share all of your lovely notes and contributions with Rosa which truly touched her spirit with joy to hear how special she is to so many people.

I am going to begin withdrawing the funds now that Rosa is home and all of the money donated will go to Rosa for medical bills, transportation to/from her ongoing physical therapy and doctor appointments and other misc expense during this recovery period.

Please know that Rosa was VERY touched when she learned of this page. I am sure that she cannot wait to thank each of you personally for your support and understanding to her commitment to a complete recovery.
