Hello, my name is Laurent, owner of the website: Sega Dreamcast Info. I'm collecting funds, I'm opening this participative fundraising campaign for:
- 200 CHF will be used to pay the running costs of the "Sega Dreamcast Info" website. This amount corresponds to about 1/1.5 years of the website's costs.
The website I use for my archiving and preservation work has a cost. The costs increase year after year to the point where I can no longer cover them out of my own pocket. One day, I'll have to close it down without any outside help.
- 300 CHF will be donated to the owner of 50 Dreamcast prototypes who has agreed to make his GD-R collection available to the community via the website.
In February 2023, I was able to acquire around 50 Dreamcast prototypes. Negotiations had lasted several months. I was able to convince the owner of this collection of DC builds to lend them to me so that I could offer them to the community. I wanted to give him a little something for his generosity, which is something very few collections are able to do. As you may have noticed if you've been following me, since April 2023, I've been releasing his prototypes at the rate of 1 or 2 a month. There was Half-Life, Propeller Arena E3, Sonic Adventure Tournament Disk, Grandia 2 beta, Sega Smash Pack (early) and so on. Some prototypes yet to be released are sure to please you...
- 100 CHF will go to someone who helps me regularly.
A friend of mine helps me regularly, and it's taking up more and more of his time, given the quality of the prototypes I have. I'd like to reward him too.
I'd like to thank future donors in advance for helping me and accompanying me in my efforts to preserve videogame heritage (information and prototypes).

Bonjour, je m'appelle Laurent, propriétaire du site Internet : Sega Dreamcast Info. Je récolte des fonds, j'ouvre cette campagne de financement participative pour :
- 200 CHF servira à payer les coûts de fonctionnement du site web "Sega Dreamcast Info". Ce montant correspond à environ 1 année/1 année et demie des coûts du site internet.
Le site internet qui me sert dans mon travail d'archivage et de préservation à un coût. Les coûts augmentent année après année au point que je ne puisse plus les prendre en charge de ma propre poche. Un jour, je devrai le fermer sans avoir de l'aide extérieure.
- 300 CHF sera versé au propriétaire de 50 prototypes Dreamcast qui a accepté de mettre sa collection de GD-R à disposition de la communauté via le site internet.

J'ai pu convaincre le propriétaire de cette collection de builds DC de me les prêter afin de les proposer à la communauté. Je souhaite lui donner un petit quelque chose pour son geste, rare sont les collections à le faire. Comme vous l'avez remarqué si vous me suivez, depuis avril 2023, je sors ses prototypes à raison de 1 ou 2 par mois. Un ami m'aide régulièrement, ça lui demande de plus en plus de temps vu la qualité des prototypes en ma possession. Je souhaite également le récompenser.
