this is a Heart breaking story of a beautiful 29 year old mother who sadly gave up her life after being let down by every single professional who entered her life, tanya was a beautiful soul with two amazing children Maddie aged 9 and mason just 4 years old, unfortunately tanya couldn’t carry on life without being a mother she just wanted to get thing right, these two beautiful innocent childrens life’s will now be changed and tipped upside down for rest of their life which could of been avoided if the correct helping hand was given and the right ear to listen by professionals who are trained and paid for this kind of help.
