For support of Baby Ja'Mia

An example of a free-spirited warrior is “Baby Ja’Mia” mother was told during her pregnancy she would not survive long, being born with a heart that was not developed. Ja’Mia has shown the world her heart is way bigger than anyone can imagine, and her smile shows it. Ja’Mia was born on September 17, 2021, and has spent 90 percent of her life in Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, undergoing several surgeries; she was placed on the donor list for a heart transplant. Ja’Mia moves and smiles as if nothing is wrong.

As September 17th is approaching, her mother and father prepare for her 1st birthday that they knew she would spend in Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tn. Her parents received a call on September 4th that they have a heart for Ja’Mia, and she will go to surgery the following morning! This is the best birthday gift anyone could receive!! Ja’Mia’s surgery was over 5 hours long, and recovery started off bumpy and worried about having to return to the donor list.

The latest update Ja’Mia’s new heart is in full effect and working great for her!! Thru it all, Ja’Mia kept a smile after they woke her up; she was still finding a way to play with her toy.

Ja’Mia’s birthday party is in the hospital, but it’s the best celebration any kid can get. Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital has been great to her and her family the entire time and providing her with a party in the hospital!!

I created this to help her parents with living expenses to help with the recovery and daily setbacks they have experienced. It's set a one dollar goal because the family appreciate everything. Her parents and 2 siblings will be excited to see Ja’Mia come home. This is what Faith, Hope, and Love look like!

Babies have Faith also, and Ja’Mia has shown everyone that!
