For Sipsey

Below is my original post from yesterday 1/21/2023 on Facebook.

"We have a trigger happy state trooper in our little neighborhood who has now shot 3 family dogs in our neighborhood. Mind you he fires off all the time right next to our public high school where our son and neighbor kids walk to school. My family is devastated over the unnecessary loss of our Sipsey.

Our little puppy Zelda was already shot by him a couple days ago. She has been at the vet for a chest wound and having her front leg amputated.

He threw our Sipsey on his trash pile to burn if we hadn't heard the shot and I came over to confront him. Third dog in a month! Pure evil! Is this the type of state trooper we want in Mississippi and in our town!? I am ENRAGED! Lord, help me!"

My pride keeps nagging at me not to do this but the LORD says, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" in Proverbs 16:18. Any and all sharing of this unexpected financial burden or prayers for blessings to others who help will be so appreciated and not forgotten.

Any and all funds will go towards Sipsey's necropsy and cremation and Zelda's surgery for her chest and leg amputation.
