For myself, Tammy. For rent, utilities, etc

First off, I'm so embarrassed to have to do this
but it's come to the point that I have no choice.

On May 23, 20 I was in a 4 wheeler accident that broke my shoulder then found out it tore
muscles and tendons across my shoulder and
around my scapula and tore my bicep pulley
muscle. I was on disability but that's a joke so I
went alot of time without a check.  I had surgery on Nov. 24, 20.  I have not started therapy yet
and no check until Jan 26,21 and that will not be very much.  I work in Healthcare at hospitals but since its been so long they couldn't hold my position so we separated employment on Dec. 11.  
but once I'm healed I'm able to be rehired.

Again, I'm ashamed to do this.  Its my first time but I have to.  I'm a single mother same there's no other options.
