On Thursday, Nov. 19th at 2:01 AM, I was sitting in my car, doing nothing but eating my Wendy’s, (in which you can even hear in one of these videos on my IG I recorded of me eating and the officer tells me to finish eating my food), when I then look up to see an officer pass me going the opposite direction, ( you, I’m PARKED SITTING IN MY CAR). I keep watching on my rear view mirror as she drives pretty quick down the block, to then make a U-Turn in the middle of the block, and slowly drive up on me from half the block to the end of the block where my car was parked. I record her coming down the block as I KNEW something was up. She drives by SLOWLY, sees me recording her, then she literally speeds up to pull off. About 5-7 minutes later, she rolls back up with an extra 2 officers, and that’s when I’m like.. tf is going on?
Here, in these videos, you will hear the SERGEANT OF BAYONNE POLICE DEPARTMENT try to not only test me, but get me to basically lie to her to incriminate myself.
She asks for license and registration, I tell her, I’m not doing anything wrong I don’t need to exhibit that unless you’re able to tell me a probable cause of why I must show that to you. She explains, I show her my NJSLicense on my phone, after explaining to her I lost my wallet weeks before and showing her @nypd paperwork of lost items. I ask her again, why did she really run my plates, and there wasn’t a clear answer, then again. She says, “IDK IF YOU WANNA DO BODILY HARM TO ME”- I WAS NOT ANY DANGER TO 3 OFFICERS‼️
I showed her my shit AGAIN, and that’s when I see a change coming. The officers on the right side are saying something about I could’ve done this and that, NO. I COULDNT AND I DIDNT NEED TO BC I WAS IN NO WRONG. You will hear in the videos they tried asking so many questions to get me fumbled to admit something idk, which I wasn’t bc I was in no wrong. It’s now about 25 mins after her coming up, she says she smells marijuana, and I explained I was a NJMMP. Mind you, im not high, didn’t roll in my car that day, nothing. She then says she can do WHATEVER and proceeds to take me out of my vehicle. She proceeds to impound my vehicle, mind you I told her it is temporary plates and I have until December 31st and had an appointment in December 17th at NJMVC to register my vehicle. Unfortunately, the police are holding more than $1500 cash I had in my person, as well as not allowing me to get things out of my vehicle since it isn’t in my name, though I have proof I’m sole driver and main proprietor. The sergeant proceeded to lock me up, and I also spent about 4 days in HCDC&R. I have been for over a week trying to get my vehicle out, and it adds up $50 a day. I have never in my life made one of these, I barely feel comfortable asking for help with $100. If you’re reading this and can find any passion or love in your heart, I’d really appreciate it much. I can even send payments back over time to those who would care to reach out and speak directly. I work, and this is taking from my work days as well.
