For A Survivor To Share Her Truth

Donation protected
Hey everyone! I went to tell you about my mentor, Elizabeth Quiroz. Elizabeth is a human trafficking survivor and a foster child who ran into the arms of her trafficker at the age of 15 years old. Over a time span of 12 years, and amongst three traffickers, she was trafficked on the streets of San Francisco, and was sold for sex, and was forced to use sex as a means of survival. Throughout the years, Liz took blame for her traffickers, and wound up in and out of correctional facilities. At the age of 26, she was arrested for the last time. In 2018, she was granted a full and unconditional Governor's Pardon from Governor Jerry Brown on Christmas Eve. Today, she is a college graduate with 3 degrees, and the founder of a non-profit which hosts Sonoma Counties first Human Trafficking support group, and I call her my mentor. She helped me as a survivor of trafficking to heal from my own traumas, and that’s when our friendship and partnership began. She came to me and told me that she is collaborating with Storehouse Media Group to write her memoir.  This book will reveal dark moments in Liz’s  life that she has not told the community.

“There are so many secrets in my family, and I am here to shed light while bringing hope that my bloodline CAN change. This book will bring hope to those affected by the foster care system, that we CAN reach for the stars. This book will bring hope to victims of trafficking, that even sex slaves CAN overcome and apply for a Masters program at one of the best schools in the country. This book will bring hope to individuals that are incarcerated, or have been incarcerated, that they CAN apply for a Governor's Pardon when the time is right! This book will bring hope to drug addicts, that they CAN be a founder of a non-profit. This book will bring hope to drugs dealers, that they CAN leave the game to become college graduates and earn LEGITIMATE money. There is so much truth to be told to the readers that will get their hands on this book, and I am excited that my past is being used for a greater purpose.”

I am reaching out to the community because Liz needs sponsors and donors to contribute to this project. If anyone is able to sponsor, they will get a mention in her book.  Please make this possible for LIz. Here are news articles she has been featured in.
