As many of you know, my little sister moved to Houston with my nephews a couple months ago. Due to this hurricane they are without work indefinitely and stranded in their apartment. They won't have enough money to cover the basic living expenses while waiting for jobs to open back up. She has tried reaching Red Cross and FEMA, but as you can imagine they are inundated with calls and they haven't been able to reach anyone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
