Food & Water for Jabalia in North Gaza

Hi, my name is Aoife. I am from Ireland, living in Germany.

Earlier this year, my friend Ola managed to raise the money to evacuate Gaza at 9 months pregnant. Now she along with her children and husband are safe in Cairo, however her family remain in Jabalia in the North of Gaza.

While all of Gaza is suffering with a lack of aid, the North once again is facing famine. The situation is dire. What little food and water that is available, is too expensive for most to afford.

Ola and her family want to do something to help. While aid is blocked, the only way to effectively help is from within the community.

Our Plan

This is Ahmed - he has already been involved in distributing water and food to the community with funds raised by a friend

We estimate that each food pack will cost approx. $80 - $100, based on current food and water prices.

I will transfer all funds raised to Ahmed via Western Union. Ahmed can get the cash from an office that currently has a commission of 18%

We will share updates with you to reassure you of where your donations are going : photos of food packs and receipts of the transfers.

We have made our initial target with a view that this could change, depending on the success of our first round of aid. If our plan is successful, we will continue to fundraise and continue this process.
