Food For People Affected By Flood

I am Anwar H. Talukder and my wife Fatema Sarker from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Both of us are working on this project to raise charity mainly from my friends, colleagues and family members to help a group of needy people who were affected by a flash flood in Rannar Char, Derai, Bangladesh.
Since these people do not have any bank account, I use Fatema Sarker as a beneficiary to withdraw the donation from the campaign. Then I send money to a trusted family member to buy the goods for the ultimate beneficiaries. Additionally, few other family members and close friends also are volunteering to help to distribute the goods to 30 families (100 widows, elderly people, and mostly orphan children).
Here is the list of goods below that we are providing per person per month since May 2017.
>10 Kg Rice
>3Kg Potato
>1 Kg lentils
>and spices as needed.

A few months ago, due to flash flood almost entire Sunamganj (Bangladesh) district's haors (wetlands) were flooded: it destroyed the paddy fields just before the harvest. Millions of people were affected. Rice farming is the only income source for many families in that region. The flood has taken everything away. Now there's a huge need of help, especially for the food.
Well, we don't have the ability to help millions of people, but with the help of uncle Nazrul Islam (Kuwait), we have decided to help some people from our village. We will provide them food for next 6-7 months (until the next harvesting time). We have carefully chosen 24 families (80 people) who do not have any other income sources to overcome this tragedy.
Our estimated, monthly average cost to feed these families is about $700-$800 USD. Our family and Nazrul uncle's family have managed to gather money to feed them for 2-3 months so far.
My intention to post it on social media is not just to show-off that we are helping people. I just wanted to let my friends and families and the world know that if they are interested, they also can help these people to survive the starvation for few months or in fact for a day.
It doesn't have to be much if we just save our coffee money for a month can provide a minimum lunch, dinner to few families for a month.
One cup of coffee costs us about 2-3 dollars, but that 2-3 dollars can buy a person 2 meals per day for at least 2 to 3 days in Bangladesh. If you are willing to save a cup of coffee money for a person and help him/her to survive the starvation, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I believe that, if we help someone somewhere, someone else will help us somewhere else.
