Project 22 Run

Every day 22 veterans commit suicide. That is 8030 a year. Run 22 is a way of honoring of the women and men who have served our country and help prevent veteran suicide. One way to prevent veteran suicide is to equip veterans with well-trained service dogs who can detect anxiety and redirect their PTSD symptom. Paws4Vets trains dogs for US veterans who qualify for service dogs. 100% of the donations from Run 22 goes directly to paw4vets.
On February 2, 2016 I, Mike Womble, will be running in the Uwharrie 20 mile mountain race . After crossing the finish line he will loop back and add 2 more miles because no veteran should be left behind. You can help by sponsoring Run 22 as Mike, and others, honor the women and men in the US armed forces.
100% of all donations will go to help train a service dog for a deserving veteran.
