Rosey Needs a Plane Ticket!

A year ago I started looking into studying abroad. The programs I found weren't clicking with me, and I was starting to lose hope, until I stumbled upon Ireland on the list.
It was perfect. Classes I would love, a country that's always intrigued me, a population of immensely friendly people. So I applied.
Everything was looking up until I got the dreadful email informing me that I was not accepted into an exchange spot for the University of Cork, Ireland. I was heartbroken.
A week later I received a small scholarship, rubbing in the fact that I could do it if only I was accepted.
A month went by and I got an email from my adviser, Tavia. She says, "Rose, I know Cork didn't work out, but we had a girl drop from the Limerick program and you could take her spot." My dream was reinstated!
This past month has been a whirlwind of figuring out details, applying for housing, contacting financial aid... etc. Today I got the email confirming that housing is available, meaning I will be officially moving forward on this.
I would be leaving in a month, and with all the lost time, money is not on my side. I am looking to raise money for a plane ticket, which costs around 1,000 dollars.
Help me finally get to Ireland! I will be attending University of Limerick.
I love you all.
