FLOODING SIMBAS FOOTPRINTS ÜBERSCHWEMMUNG SIMBAS FOOTPRINTS

Nature is unpredictable. Unfortunately, our organisation Simbas Footprints foundation (Moshi - Tanzania) was hit by severe flooding on the night of 25 April.

Therefore, we as an organisation are now in URGENT need of financial support to rebuild and resume our programmes. In addition, the community around the Community Centre needs our help. The centre is a meeting place and is very important at a time like this. Many have lost all their belongings, food supplies have been washed away, animals have drowned etc... Many of these people are living on the breadline and have now lost what little they have in the water and mud.

Die Natur ist unberechenbar. Leider wurde unsere Organisation Simbas Footprints (Moshi – Tansania), in der Nacht zum 25. April, von schweren Überschwemmungen getroffen.

Daher sind wir als Organisation nun DRINGEND auf finanzielle Unterstützung für den Wiederaufbau und die Wiederaufnahme unserer Programme angewiesen. Zusätzlich braucht die Gemeide rund um das Communitycenter unsere Hilfe. Das Center ist ein Ort der Begegnung und gerade in so einer Zeit sehr wichtig. Viele haben ihr gesamtes Hab und Gut verloren, Lebensmittevorräte wurden weggeschwemmt, Tiere sind ertrunken etc… Viele dieser Menschen leben am Existenzminimum und haben nun das Wenige, was sie besitzen, im Wasser und Schlamm verloren.
