Flood destroyed everything overnight-help needed

Hi all,

My sister has moved to Germany a couple years to start a new, better life for her, her husband and their two small children.

They never had an easy life, they lived in England before, when they have to leave after their business failed.

They have made a great house for their kids the last two years. My brother in law is the most hard working person I have ever met in my life. My sister on the other hand was a stay home mom - she was about to start looking for a job - her little boy started a crèche and she only recently got her brand new drivers licence (much needed due to the location where they lived).

Unfortunately, around 3-4 o’clock Thursday morning, their lives changed again.

Their neighbour who got flood alert realised my sister and her family haven’t left theirs home yet to run away from the oncoming cataclysm. They didn’t have time to take anything, not even clothes. They had to run for their lives because 3m (around 9..5 ft) wave was coming their way.

Fortunately they have managed to leave their house before it hit. Although everything else has been destroyed. They have to start everything all over again.

I am asking everyone who can for help. Every cent counts.
