Old Bridge Girls Softball is a youth sports organization in Old Bridge, New Jersey that dates back to 1964. --But would you believe throughout all that time they have never had their own sports complex to call home? Until now that is...
The Good News:
A portion of land was recently donated to serve as a home to the Old Bridge Girls Softball League.
The Bad News:
The fields and complex are in need of much repair and updates.
How You can HELP:
Please consider donating to our cause. Any amount helps and goes to the betterment of the young girls who play in our organization both now and in the future. Funds will be used primarily for lights at the fields and complex. If we can surpass our financial goal, additional funds will be used for updates and repairs to our concession stand, scoreboard, fences, and field. The plan is to raise capital in March 2021 to allow us to implement the funds in April, and utilize the new facilities by the time our summer season arrives.
The girls in our organization are a fantastic group of future leaders. They work very hard at mastering the sport of softball and care about their teammates and their local community. One hope of theirs is to offer our grounds (once they are improved) to other community services, charities, and events. With that, your donation not only helps one organization, but many.
We are a private 501(c)3 non-profit organization and do not receive any funding from the state or local municipalities. Any donations made to our organization can be written off to the fullest extent permissible by law.
