Fixing Wendy's spine

Because I have been having pain in my back and hip, I finally broke down and had it checked out.  X-rays show that I have arthritis in my spine, and my thoracic spine is enough out of alignment that it is causing problems. 

The pain has been affecting my everyday life to the point where I can no longer sleep comfortably, and it's affecting some every day tasks, including dance, and sitting long enough to be able to make jewelry.  (I can still dance, but not comfortably.)

I have a chiropractor I am working with, but at this point, I can only go occasionally to alleviate the pain, because my insurance won't cover full treatment, and I don't have the money to cover it myself.  If I could go through the full course of treatment, it would help immensely, but I can't do it without help.  Full treatment involves chiropractic adjustments and decompression therapy, both of which have already helped, even on an individual basis. 

It's incredibly hard for me to ask for help. The only reason I am doing it, is because it is now affecting my life negatively. 

The sooner I can cover treatement, the sooner I can get back to dance, and to a life where I am not limited by the pain I am experiencing.
