Five Days of FAITH: Lifting Up Uganda

Four Corners International Mission (FCIM) thanks you so much for the love you showed with your support of our project to assist our Ugandan brothers and sisters!  We were blessed to have been able use the funds we raised from the first campaign held in May for:

Food! – We fed many families and orphans who had no other sources for food, due to the pandemic

Construction! - Building is underway for two dormitories (one for boys and one for girls) to house a total of 240 orphaned children (see attached pictures).  The buildings are now both under roof.

Your donations were put to work in Uganda as detailed below:

  $20,728 -  Total spent-to-date on the buildings

*$26,490 – Total needed for the purchase of:

      Metal beds

      Mattresses

      Bed sheets

      Blankets

      Mosquito nets

       Completion of each dormitory – windows, doors, and interior

*$7,000 remains in our reserve account for this project, which leaves the balance of $19,490 - our goal for this second campaign.


FCIM is excited about laying the groundwork for forging ahead with even more work that will position this wonderful community of people with opportunities that will plant the seeds for helping themselves!

Plans for future building projects include the following:

     Medical clinic

     Nursery school

      Primary school

      Secondary school

      Trade school

      Church


Here in the U.S., we often take many of these same institutions for granted.  They are right outside our doors.  Down the street, or a bus stop away.  Most are free.  But can you imagine waking up to nothing?  No food, no home with a roof, no schools, nowhere to go if you are sick...NO HOPE AT ALL.

Neither can we.  The absence of these institutions often leave nothing but the scars of desperation and many times, blaze a pathway to death! 

Won’t you please help us?  FCIM started this work in Iganga, Uganda over eight years ago, and since that time, the needs have only grown, as has the overwhelming despair.  Grown beyond our means to be able to provide assistance as a small mission organization alone.

Remember, we are not holding back any of your donations to operate FCIM.  Your donations will be used solely for our brothers and sisters in need RIGHT NOW in Uganda!
