Firework Display - Shippensburg

Hello Shippensburg Community,
First and foremost, I hope you and your families are doing well and my condolences to anyone who has lost a love one to COVID-19. Over the past 3 months, our world has been turned upside down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and normalcy is slowly coming back.
The Board of Administration for the Shippensburg Community Parks and Recreation Authority (SCPRA) has had to cancel many events, programs, and fundraising efforts due to COVID-19. As Shippensburg moves forward and restrictions are lifted, SCPRA is hopeful to be able to provide the community with the annual 4th of July Firework Display. However, SCPRA needs the communities help. With not being able to fund raise properly during the pandemic, SCPRA is at risk of not being able to afford the firework display show. The annual show costs $6,000 and we need to try and raise the funds by June 26, 2020.
I have organized this gofundme because I believe our community is able to rally together to raise enough funds. Every donation counts and if you are unable to donate please share this for others to see.
