Fire in the Hole

My wife Jennifer and I operate Fire in the Hole wood fired catering. We offer brick oven pizzas at different locations such as festivals, breweries, offices, fundraisers, and private parties. We have outgrown our temporary status and are now unable to operate under our 10x10 tent. To continue making pizza we must have an enclosed trailer to do all of our prep and sanitation. Pizza has been our main source of income and now with that at a standstill our options are narrow. So with encouragement from friends and local business owners we are looking to the community for help in keeping this dream alive. With this trailer we will be able to operate at lower cost while offering a wider variety of menu items and be able to serve a larger number of people. I will have a rewards program including t-shirts, pizzas, and private pizza parties. We really enjoy bringing the wood fired experience to the public and hope we can continue to do so with your help.
