Fire Victims - Please Help The Shanahan Family

Our names are Joanna Potts and Colleen Evans and we're organizing this fundraiser to help our dear friend - Jolene Myers Shanahan, her husband Mike, son Maxwell and their dog Cleo get back on their feet after suddenly losing their family home and all their belongings to the Hopkin's Fire in the Calpella community of Ukiah, California.

 

On Sunday, September 12th, 2021 while hosting a family celebration smoke was suddenly noticed not far from their home, just across the river. They realized they were in serious danger and had to go. Thankfully, they were all able to safely evacuate and warn their neighbors of the nearby fire.

 

In a matter of hours their family home and all their belongings were gone. Their entire block was burnt to the ground, as the fire continued to spread to a 250 acre wildfire.

 

As most of you know Jolene is the type of person who'd give the shirt off her back if someone needed it and right now her family needs our help!

 

Let's rally together and provide this much needed boost, to help them recover from this traumatic event and start a new life!
