Fire Recovery for Rachel & John

Two beloved members of our community, Rachel Pinto and John August, have lost their home and virtually everything they own to a fire that took place on July 22. Thankfully, both they and their fur babies are safe, but they are obviously shaken up by such unforseeable and trying circumstances.

Fortunately, Rachel and John have an amazing network of support (i.e., you!) that will help them recover quickly. Any donation, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated as it will help tremendously in the process of regaining normalcy. Anyone who knows these two brilliant humans knows that they are quick to show up for their community, so let's do the same for them.

Here is what your donations will be going towards:
- Security deposit for a new apartment.
- Food and essential living supplies as they lost almost all of their clothing.
- Paying for talk therapy for support to heal and move forward.
- Replacement for lost income while they take time to heal.
- A new mattress.
- Art supplies, music books, makeup and costuming supplies so they can return to painting and performing.
