Missing help raise funds for private investigator

My son was car jacked and kidnapped from the Howard Johnson Hotel on Old National Highway in College Park, GA on August 3, 2020 and he is still missing.
His name is Hanif Israel but he is known to his friends as T.Y. He is a small business owner from Cincinnati, Ohio and a loving father of 4 beautiful children. Their ages are 5 months, 1yr old , 4yr old and an 8 yr old. They need him and miss him dearly.
It has been almost 4 months and the College Park police department cannot find my son. They did however issue a warrant for a New York man suspected of the car jacking.
The car was recently "pinged" at a toll booth in Baltimore, MD but the College Park police have no jurisdiction in Baltimore, MD or New York so the only option I have is to hire a private investigator to find my son.
While Detective Hines of College Park police department continues to tell me that they are "working the case" there has been little to no work done. While I understand that the police department is overwhelmed with missing persons cases I as a mother can't help but worry more as each day without my son passes.
My goal with this fund raiser is to raise enough money to hire a private investigator to locate my son. The company I want to hire is called Whitestone Investigations. They have a $5000. retainer, they charge $85 per hour plus travel, lodging and other expenses. The reason I want to hire this particular company is because its owned and operated by a retired police officer by the name of Lorenzo Whitestone and everyone on their staff is a retired police officer. They are qualified to work along side detective Hines and they know the ins and outs of investigating a complex case such as this one. Mr Whitestone assured me that they have the man power and the experience needed to travel to multiple states and find my son.
