Financial help with my grandmas insulin

Hello. My name is Kayla, I am the grand-daughter of Robert& Treba simons. 

I am desperate to help my grandma get her medication. She is a diabetic and needs insulin twice a day. She has insurance but her insurance only allows or covers so much for the year. She’sin what they call a “donut hole” where she’s reached the limit of what her insurance will cover. Now she has to come out of pocket for it until the new year. 

recently my papa was admitted into the hospital and has tested positive for covid. He is sedated and on a ventilator, fighting for his life. My grandma shared with me this evening that she doesn’t know how she’s going get her insulin and she’s getting low on what she’s got already. My papa put it on his charge card last month for her to get it& they don’t have the means to do that again this month, or next. She has to quarantine at home alone until her test results come back being that my grandpa did test positive. She went and got tested too. She cannot be with him and I cannot be with her and I know she needs someone with her. But I worry about her sugar dropping in the middle of the night and her home alone. I would sleep a little bit better at night knowing that she’s got her medicine. Her sugar has dropped in the middle of the night before and if it weren’t for my papa being next to her we could have lost her that night.

I know this time of the year is hard on a lot of families financially. If you could afford to help with anything my family would greatly appreciate your help and efforts in gettingher medication. She needs it to live. 

I hate having to make one of these, i am tryin to do what I can for her, to help take some stress off of her in what she is going through right now with my papa in the hospital  if you could donte even $5 it would help. 

if you have ever met my grandparents you would know they would give you the shirt off their backs if they knew you needed it more than they did.
