'Final' spine surgery

I am hoping to raise the money for a spine surgery that has a much greater chance of success than my previous spine surgeries. I've been battling this health issue ( among others) for quite a while. Previous surgeries have provided minimal relief. I still have electrodes in my spine that further limit my daily activities, and can be quite unpleasant (surges that follow pain cause spastic movement in my right leg) the pain shoots from the spine to my toes, my feet are going numb on and off. Because of the surges, I have to turn the electrodes off while driving, and endure even worse pain.
The minimal pain relief is by far outweighed by the inconvenience and limitations from electrodes. I've tried it all, besides spine surgeries, I've had physical therapy, regular and dry acupuncture, massage, hot and cold packs, et cetera. I survived genocide and torture in Bosnia, and as a result, I've been receiving treatments for PTSD, and the syndrome makes the pain worse. The surgery I need has a very high success rate, but is not covered by insurance at all. I live alone, and can no longer care for myself. I can no longer take a strol by the lake, visit a museum, or even visit my relatives and friends. I have a Cain by my bed, so I can move without a risk of falling and sustaining an injury. Vacuuming, taking trash and laundry two floors down cause excruciating pain, when neither electrodes, pain meds, or anything else helps. I'm hoping to be able to have this surgery, and sometime soon care for myself, and go back to work after almost 3 years. As of today, I have no income, live a rather ascetic lifestyle, which would be fine without debilitating pain. I'm available for any additional questions and request to further clarify my status.
