Final Expenses for Shelby Leiss

On Tuesday, December 26th Heaven gained a new Angel.    After a long fought battle Shelby Jean Leiss passed on to be with the Lord in Heaven and join her grandson Travis, her sons Scott, David, and Dale, her husband Donald, her sister Jackie, and her parents.   Shelby suffered a fall in September 2017 and has been in rehab since that time. As a result of the fall, she has had numerous surgeries, blood transfusions and hospitalizations.  Unfortunately, due to a severe infection, it has taken its toll on her body and she was placed into Hospice care several weeks ago.   While we always think we are ready emotionally, physically, and financially for a loved one to pass we sometimes need to ask for assistance from friends and loved ones; this is one of those times.  We need your help. We have made final arrangements with Thompson's Funeral Home in Lebanon, PA in accordance to Shelby's wishes.  The final arrangements are nothing elaborate or fancy but will allow friends and family a chance to come and pay their respects.   We wish to honor her life and be respectful to her legacy; however, we do not have all the funds needed to pay her final expenses, which are due in full on the day of the service. We are asking that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to help towards final expenses. Please make your donation through the GoFundME website.
