FINAL EXPENSES FOR HOWARD SPARKS

Howard M. Sparks (Phil’s first cousin) passed away December 20, 2017. He was 56 years old. He is a USN Veteran that served 8 years. He was a journeyman electrician that suffered a stroke due to an electrical shock in 2012 that left him unable to work. He fell on some hard times and was unable to leave money for cremation. What he did have we believe someone stole from his account. He suffered an amputation in October 2017 of his right foot. Unfortunately because he passed away at home and not in a VA facility or hospital there is no death benefit. He can be buried for no cost in the VA cemetery but we still have the cost of cremation. If we can’t raise enough money for this he will be placed in the county cemetery in an unmarked grave.  Both parents have passed.  Any help we can get would be appreciated to help offset his cremation.
