Fighting Case's Brain Tumor
Donation protected
Jimmy Case currently serves his community of Onondaga Township with 9 years of experience as a firefighter. As a member of Onondaga Township Fire Department, he has the spirit of a true public servant. He is always willing to give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Well, right now, Jimmy needs some help. Jimmy has 3 brain tumors along with a rare bone disease that he has always lived with called fibrous dysplasia.
"Fibrous dysplasia is an uncommon bone disorder in which scar-like (fibrous) tissue develops in place of normal bone. This irregular tissue can weaken the affected bone and cause it to deform or fracture. "

This all started on the evening of April 26, 2019. Jimmy had just come home from work and decided to rest for he was not feeling well. That was when he started having grand mal seizures. He was rushed to University of Michigan where they found 3 brain tumors and a large mass forming on his skull from fibrous/scar tissue. 2 of those brain tumors are benign (not harmful), however, the 1 brain tumor needs to be removed immediately due to its size. It is unknown currently if this is cancerous. Brain surgery is scheduled on May 17.
Due to Jimmy's current employer not offering medical insurance, we are seeking financial aid for Jimmy to help offset the cost of medical bills and living expenses. Please donate what you can, and God Bless.
