Fight Cancer with Dee

Born and raised in Flint Michigan, my nephew moved to Grand Rapids to escape the Flint water crisis and violence in the city. He was then diagnosed with cancer in February 2017. His cancer has been very aggressive and as a result he is currently suffering many medical complications which include fighting pneumonia in his lungs. Dee is only 27 years old and has lived a healthy life until now. His will to fight an illness that also took his grandmother (my mom) at the age of 42 due to cancer is amazing. His cancer is affecting him so differently that it also has the medical team in Ann Arbor scratching their heads to come up with the proper chemo treatments for him. His mother suffers from an incurable lung disease and has been unable to care for him full time. He has gone without medications trying to be strong and the visits to Ann Arbor without a good form of transportation has been very hard.
We are raising proceeds to be used for the following as insurance bills have piled up and he is unable to work to supply his needs. He did not qualify as a single male for insurance prior to his illness, was working full time and doesn't have life insurance. We are asking the community for help to ensure we can get him the best help and care possible. Any amount helps as we will pray over it and ask God to bless you for your contributions.

9/13/17 UPDATE: We got the news that the cancer has now spread to his lungs along with the pneumonia. Please donate if you can.
9/18/17 UPDATE: Very hard situation they had to ventilate Dee today he just could no longer breathe on his own. Today was difficult pray for my family. We are still trying to raise money because we have to prepare for every situation that may occur. Please continue to ask people to give to his GoFundMe. The Lord is with us.
