Fight with Mihalis against Cancer

At the start of this new year, in addition to the pandemic, our Doulgerakis family was rocked with the news that our beloved Mihalis - husband to Anna, father to Kosta, Elias, and Popyanna - had been diagnosed with Stage 4 Small-Cell Lung Cancer (a rare and incurable cancer), with extensions to the brain, spine, pelvis, throat, lungs, liver, & kidneys.
The past few months have been a series of treatments, long drives from Virginia to Duke Cancer Center, and extra time with family to make lasting memories.
Due to the pandemic, work and income has been paused for Anna and Mihalis. And as treatments continue, in the hopes of defeating this cancer, the medical costs have now hit $250,000.
The Doulgerakis family is praying and asking for help from our family, friends and neighbors to raise funds that can assist Anna and Mihalis during this challenging time.
The family is strong in faith that God is a miracle worker. Thank you in advance for your prayers and donations.
