Fight for Natalia

Hi my name is Natalia I am a beautiful 5 month old girl,I have recently being diagnosed with a Neursblasric tumor which was further diagnosed as neuroblastoma which is a childhood cancer. My journey since birth has been a ruff one I have spent my first two weeks in and out of the hospital with different types of illnesses before being diagnosed 5 months later with neuroblastoma,my mum knew something wasn't quite right with me so my mum and dad took me to the hospital on the 29/08/2018 and I was sent home as my mum was told I had Gastroenteritis(gastro for short)We returned to the hospital the next day as I was up all night crying and could not pee. There my mum and dad found out I had a Neursblasric tumor the size of a grapefruit which had pushed all my vital organs up and was putting pressure on my ureter which is why I could not pee so I was incorrectly diagnosed, from there I was rushed to the children's hospital 2hrs away into Melbourne for some specialist care on the 31/08/2018,The doctors and nurses who are looking after me are doing a great job I have had a number of scans and blood tests over the last 2 weeks to see if the cancer has spread,on the 9th of September I had a bone marrow biopsy and we are currently waiting for the results before my doctors make a desision on my treatment. Because I am so small i may have to have chemotherapy to shrink the size of the tumor before the doctors can take it out,as of the 12th of September we still don't have any results back until the end of the week,my treatment could last a year or longer we are still unsure of this until we get all my results back. Both my mum and dad haven't left my side since my addmission into the children's hospital in Melbourne,my mummy Sherilee is a full time stay at home mum to look after me,my daddy  Shawn is a bit of a jack of all trades for his employer and does all manner of different jobs as a labourer as a casual worker,my dad isn't intitled to paid carers leave or paid leave if he does not work he does not get paid. My family have medical bills,daily expenses,car loan and a mortgage to pay the long road to recovery is going to be costly and I need both my mum and dad to be by my side.
