Fight for Miss Vi

Let me introduce you to Lyric. He is a spunky 4 year old. He loves superheroes and making new friends. He is not shy to make a mess but always helps clean up. His laughter is infectious, even on the wrost of days. His heart is filled with love and his mind is always open to learning more. His favorite person in the world is also his best friend - his mom.
Tuong Nguyen had just dropped him off with a family member when she was hit by another driver head on, on September 3rd. Vivian is a humble woman who would rather do more than stop to be recognized for her achievements. At the childcare center, where she teaches one to two year olds, "Miss Vi" is a household name even for families who have passed through the program. The children in her classroom come excited to learn and see the same smile which she has instilled on Lyric. Vi strives for her students to simply feel loved each day.
In this difficult time, the girl we all know as strong, needs our support. As Vi has experienced significant medical trauma from this incident, it is important for her to focus on recovery and returning to her family. Most of us wake up every day and take that first breath for granted. That first breath back is a cherished one today for Vi and her family. It is in less than a heartbeat that the decisions of others can permanently change the lives of a mother, a son, a family, and an entire community. Donations may be made in any amount to help her family support Vi in overcoming this terrible tragedy so that she and Lyric may carry on in the strength of adversity.
