Air Evac 25 Lifeteam Victims Fund
The Air Evac Lifeteam 25 is based in Duncan OK, and was involved in an accident on Saturday Oct. 4 while on approach to United Regional Healthcare in Wichita Falls TX. The helicopter crew was Pilot Zacharia Smith, Flight Nurse Leslie Stewart, and Flight Paramedic Erasmus J. Vandercolff IV. All three crew members are being treated for serious and life threatening injuries and will need time to recover.
The community has voiced so much support and have offered to help. These crew members will continue to need support on their journey to recovery. This account serves as a place for donation that will be shared amongst the crew members to help with all of the little things that they will need along the way.
This fund has been set up by the families, to serve as aid to all three crew members. The fund is in no way affiliated with Air Evac EMS Inc. While Air Evac EMS Inc. is making major efforts to care for the crew there will be many family expenses that will accrue along the way to recovery.
