Help Manuel beat cancer (Carcinoma Epirmoide)

In early March 2019, my dear friend Manuel was diagnosed with laryngeal epidermoid carcinomas, this cancer affects his supraglottis, vocal cords and suffers from an infiltration over 30% of the circumference of the esophageal tube, preventing him from breathing, eating, and swallowing. He has a life-long non-smoker, and otherwise healthy and well, this was truly unexpected and devastating news.
Even worst is that he is living in Venezuela, which is suffering the most critical situation of its history. Which makes the access to the treatment he needs really difficult, and he needs to receive treatment in one of the few private Medical Clinics that are still working which are very expensive.
Everyone who knows Manuel ends up calling him "Uncle Manuel", because he is a wonderful person, so generous, charitable, cheerful and friendly, who likes to help everyone who needs it. He is a beloved brother, son, father, and friend to many people. He is soul and joy wherever he goes, and for everyone who knows him, he is an extraordinary human being.
He needs to begin radio and chemio treatments as soon as possible, and he requires a gastrotomy while receiving treatment, because he has a lot of trouble to eat, breath and to continue his daily life . There is nothing more exasperating than not being able to breathe and eat.
I began this campaign to help one of my best friend "Manuel Aranguren" to pay his radio and chemio therapy, to give him the chances to get the pills and every medicines he needs during this time, to pay the nutritionist control and the special nutrition he needs to receive by a directly catheter feed the doctors need to put him on his stomach, and to pay the dental control he needs to have before the treatment. And to pay the surgery he will need after the radio and chemio to remove the rest of the carcinoma that he will have at the end.
This campaign wants to give him another chance to continue his life, and to give us the chance to have him for many more years!!!!

Recientemente en marzo del 2019, A mi querido amigo Manuel le diagnosticaron un carcinoma epidermoide de laringe, afectando su supraglotis y sus cuerdas vocales que además posee 30% de infiltración en la circunferencia de su esófago, impidiendo que pueda respirar, comer y tragar. El ha tenido una vida libre de cigarrillos, saludable y normal, lo cual fue una noticia inesperada y devastadora noticia.
Lo peor es que actualmente él vive en Venezuela, un país que enfrenta una de las peores crisis de su historia. Lo que hace aún más difícil el acceso al tratamiento que requiere, y debe recibirlo en una de las pocas clínicas privadas que funcionan, cuyos costos son muy altos.
Todos los que lo conocen terminan llamándolo "Tío Manuel" , porque es una persona maravillosa, generosa, caritativa, alegre y amigable, que le encanta ayudar a cualquiera que lo necesite. Él es un hermano muy querido, hijo, padre, tío y buen amigo para muchos. El es el alma de el lugar donde se encuentra. Para todo el que lo conoce él es un extraordinario ser humano.
Él necesita comenzar radioterapia y quimioterapia, tan pronto como sea posible, además requiere que le realicen una gastrotomía y recibir una dieta especial mientras recibe el tratamiento, porque tiene serias dificultades para comer, respirar y continuar su vida como normalmente la llevaba.
Inicié esta campaña para ayudar a uno de mis mejores amigos "Manuel Aranguren", para poder pagar los gastos de la radio y de la quimioterapia, para que puedan comprarse las medicinas y las pastillas que requiera durante el tratamiento, para pagar tanto a la nutricionista como la nutrición especial que requiere durante el tratamiento que debe recibir a través de un catéter directo que deben colocarle directo a su estómago, así como el tratamiento odontológico que requiere hacerse antes del tratamiento . Y para pagar la cirugía que requiere para remover el resto del tumor al final del tratamiento de la quimio y radioterapia.
Esta campaña quiere darle una nueva oportunidad para continuar su vida y para tenerlo mucho mas tiempo entre nosotros!!!
