Leo’s Surgery

This is Leo . He needs to have a saliva glad removed and the cost of  this surgery is more then I have. This injury was caused by a stick that I threw ,I never dreamed he would get hurt. My Leo was a gift from my only child, my son . My son passed away suddenly  4 years ago, and Leo was with him at the time. My fur baby has been through so much and  I don’t want to loose him. He means the world to me and this is my last hope to save him . I have been having his neck lanced to release pressure on his wind pipe, this is now affecting his breathing and his ability eat. I have applied to pet care and other places but due to my credit I am not qualified for these services. I have called Cornell Veterinarian Hosptial and they do have a grant which I have applied for. But even if I am accepted it will only cover 10 to 20 percent of the total bill. . If I cannot get this done for him , I will have no choice but to put him down and that thought kills me. I cannot stand to watch him suffer. I am not ready to let him go. He is my best friend. He is my fur baby. He is a link to my child.
