Desperate need of a wheelchair van

Hi, my name is Zach.  I am a 15 year old sophomore in high school.  I have cerebral palsy and am paraplegic. I am wheel-chair bound.  I am asking for help because the wheelchair van that I rely on to be transported to school, therapy, and doctors' appointments is in bad shape and quickly wearing out.  Not only is it old with too many miles on it, but it does not have heat in the back where I sit.  After numerous repairs this year already, it is in need of many more repairs.  Unfortunately wheelchair vans have to be custom made and extremely pricy - more than what my family is able to afford.  I am asking for donations to help my family get a van that is more dependable and safe, which I desparately need.
