Vanessa's Cancer Fund

This is my Big Sister,  Vanessa.  In February , she received the news that she had breast cancer.  Within a few weeks she had a double mastectomy and the surgery went well.  Now comes the hard part.  She will have to have radiation treatments for 6 weeks and probably follow up with Chemo.  Her insurance only covers part of her costs.  I spoke with her today and she said the bills are starting to come in.  Close to $3000 already. She will have a copay each time she goes for a radiation treatment. ( about $50.00  each)  Radiation is for 6 weeks and is 5 days a week.  That's another $1500.  It has also been recommended that she have more extensive surgery which will be another almost $3000.That does not even count the unknown expense of Chemo or any other expenses that may come up.  Vanessa is one of the strongest  people I know. She has kept a positive outlook since this whole thing started. She hasn't asked for anything except prayer.  She has not lost her smile and is totally leaning on God! It blows me away at what a great person she is.  If I had the money, I would give it to her personally but I don't and I don't know many people who do.  I've been wanting to do something to help her and this is my chance to help.  So I am setting up this page for her and hoping to help her pay some of the bills she has and some she knows are on the way.  Everyone knows how expensive it is just to live.  Most  people live from check to check with not much left to spare.  So if you can find it in your heart to help her (even if it isn't much) it can help her fight this hand she has been dealt. A lot of little bits add up.  Please also share this for her so that more people can help her.  She is an extremely special lady, full of love and joy.  I just want to help her.  Can you help me help her?  Please.
