Hello. My name is Bernadette Forystek. I reside in the State of Idaho with my beloved husband Mark. I am humbly asking for your help with funding the incidental costs for my kidney transplant at the University of Utah. My insurance will pay for the cost of the surgery and hospital stay. What it will not pay for is my 5 1/2 hour travel to the hospital plus my local stay for approximately 3 weeks. I will also have the cost of co-pays and deductibles that I will need help with. I am on the wait list for a kidney at the hospital and have been getting calls to be on the ready! Please help me to defray some of my expenses for a three week stay at a local Inn. Post transplant you must be seen at the hospital clinic 2 or 3 times a week for the first month. So traveling from home to the hospital and back is not something I will be able to do given incisions and my 5 1/2 hour distance. Your help is appreciated. Give whatever you can afford.
