Who we are and how we met Disa
We are Ultra, Emma and Bee and met last year at the International Youth Initiative Program in Sweden. There, we spent a year living together and learning about global realities and our inner authentic path. One of the most meaningful parts of this year were the womxn’s circles, which we created and hosted ourselves. Living together and creating shared sacred space made us realize how much more there is to discover about the wisdom of womanhood. We were lucky enough to meet Disa, who teaches women to unlock the wisdom of their cycles and bodies. After an afternoon spent with Disa, we knew we wanted to continue to explore this topic.

Who is Disa?
Disas title is Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner (HRHP) and Fertility Awareness Educator (FAE). She is passionate to teach people how their amazing reproductive bodies work as well as to invite women to take part of her deep knowledge of The Cyclical life of those with a womb.

She teaches women of all ages two types of natural methods of Fertility Awareness and works with groups and courses helping people in different parts of life to understand and support hormonal health in their daily lives working with nutrition, elemental therapy and  lifestyle.

Disa has healed herself from several diagnoses like Hashimotos and Cervical dysplasia and her knowledge on how the hormones influence and affect all parts of life make her one of a kind working with health and wellbeing.

Her main goal is to empower those with a menstrual cycle to regain knowledge about their cyclical bodies as well as gain tools for a hormonal life in harmony.

The Project
We, a group of 7 young women, are hoping to begin a ten session workshop series with Disa, beginning in March and spanning the course of six moons. In these workshops we will create a safe space to share, learn and heal. Together, we will learn how to track our cycles, tune in to our daily and monthly rhythms, and explore practices for the well-being of our female bodies.

We are also excited to gift this learning back to our communities! We hope to do this through sharing artwork, reflections, and by hosting our own workshop and women circle once we’ve completed our work with Disa.

We believe that empowering young women to discover their innate wisdom is extremely important and exciting work; once uncovered, we believe this wisdom can ripple ever outwards, through our communities, younger sisters, daughters, even through our mothers and grandmothers.

Ways you can help
Your support will make this happen. We are trying to raise 3,000 Euros to fund a group of us to participate in this workshop.

Thank you so much for your support! If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this with someone who can. Let’s create a new narrative together.

Here is the instagram link to stay connected to us on our journey. We will share our experience in creative ways.
