In her about me page, Fernanda says: “I am passionate about living a healthy, well-balanced life full of meaning, growth and an abundance of love. With each moment I step on the mat, Yoga has helped me appreciate the beauty and simple moments of life and learn a little bit more about myself.

I enjoy the physical challenge and the peaceful energy Yoga brings into my life on and off the mat. With my deepening Yoga practice, I have found strength in body, mind and spirit and I reflect this in each and every one of the classes I teach.

Entering my classroom I want students to feel jovial and know that each class has been carefully planned with each one of them in mind- whether it is in the studio for a class or certifying other Yogis to be teachers themselves.

I am an E-RYT 200, Certified in Atmananda Vinyasa but I am an independent Yoga Instructor which means I am not bound by any one brand. I teach freely from the heart and am always dedicated to uplifting others.

My yoga class is taught in a profoundly playful way partnered with my understanding of therapeutic alignment. Come take a class with me and you won't regret experiencing my unique style of teaching.”

Fernanda has been our community yoga instructor at Braddock Park in North Bergen for many years. You may have taken a yoga class with her and became enchanted through her instructions of the many poses. Through her career, she has dedicated her time to help the youth as a teacher of health and yoga.
