Replace the Fence Son's/Pet Safety

We are in need of a new fence for our 4 rescue/service dogs and my son with autism so they can go out into their own back yard and play safely. Until just recently we had a fully fenced in safe and secure yard.
However, our neighbor suddenly and drasticlly removed the fence and bushes that bordered the side facing his yard overnight. We waited several weeks in hopes he was just making repairs but to our dismay, the fence has not been replaced . We now have no choice but to purchase the materials needed and replace the missing fencing ourselves at our expense for the saftey of our dogs and son.
We are located next to a busy major highway and open fields which can be a very dangerous situation for our family. This unplanned unexpected expense that jepordizes the saftey of my family and pets has now been forced upon us so we are asking for help. For those of you that know me I am not one to ask for help unless it is absolutely needed. My family works very hard for all we have we cut corners to save where we can and we are always try to be there when someone needs our help.
Our main concern is the safety of our son and pets with our location we cannot have a yard that is not fenced in the possibilities of a dog or child running on the the highway are very real and scary to us as parents.
For those of you that know the other safety concerns and issues we have had to deal with regaurding the neighboring property as well as location completly understand why we need to replace the fence immediately.
We are asking for help to raise the remaining funds needed to replace the missing fence. We have about half the amount needed saved but need your help to raise the rest.
