Local Equestrian Instructor in Terrible Accident

I am asking everyone for their help today to support a truly remarkable young woman by the name of Samantha Sours of Cactus Equine in Maricopa AZ.  She is a gifted youth Equine Instructor with so much love a patience for her students.  On Sunday, November 9th while out helping out a friend, Samantha (Sam), was riding through the desert at a pretty quick pace when her horse stumbled, throwing Sam over her head into the dirt, where her mares back foot connected with her jaw, shattering it in Several places. She is currently in surgery as im writing this request.   Unfortunately Sam does not have health Insurance and is unable to work at her full time job nor instruct students.   This sweet young lady has SEVERAL horses she is the sole provider for and any help you can offer for medical bills or equine expenses would be so greatly appreciated!
