Fellow C/O, great father and best friend.

An officer at Lakeland had a father go to the ER two weeks ago thinking he had the flu and found out he had stage 4 cancer that had spread through his lungs, kidneys, throat, and bones. After a short two week battle with the cancer he lost his life leaving behind four boys, a Corrections Officer, a marine, and two minor children. This is a very unexpected event as he was only 47.
